ABOUT OUR SOFTPLAY ON THE HIGH STREET.
We encourage you to call the cafe FIRST and make a booking ahead to avoid disappointment. During the month of December/2021, we have special deal of ‘two for the price of one’ entry into the softplay from Monday to Friday.
Price: CHILD: £4.00 for 1 hour of play. Children up to 10 years only allowed inside the soft play during Public Hours. Free entry for a child under 6 months with a paying sibling. ADULT: £1 per hour, however FREE entrance for an adult with a cafe purchase of a drink or food from our menu.
Staying beyond the 1 hour slot will incur additional chargers because of the limited number of customers allowed in the softplay to maintain safe social distancing guidelines. This is to give a chance for other customers to enjoy the softplay facility too. We advise customers to pre-book their play slot by calling the café on 0117 336 8742 or 07983 458663.
We kindly request that you help us reduce the risk of spreading Covid-19 by observing the following rules and practices:
1) Ratio of one parent per child. NOTE if both parents are visiting the café with just one child and we are strap for space then only one parent may supervise the child in the softplay area, whilst the other parent is welcome to sit on the ground floor café. If a family bubble consists of more than one child, then both parents are welcome to sit upstairs in the softplay area and supervise your children.
2) Please use the anti-bacteria sanitiser when you enter the café or softplay area. We also encourage customers, including children, to wash your hands in the toilets upstairs.
3) Adults must wear a Mask at all times inside the soft play itself.
4) Please employ the ‘Catch it. Bin it. Kill it’ ethos if you or your child coughs or sneezes into a tissue.
5) If you have a temperature or any other symptom of Covid-19 or have been advised by your GP to self-isolate, please follow such guidelines and not enter our café or softplay, which in turn will be your part in controlling the virus and saving lives.
6) PRE-BOOK your 1-hour softplay slot by calling the café on 0117 336 8742 or 07983 458663. This is because we are operating on a reduced capacity to ensure safe social distancing is in place for the well being of all customers and staff. Walk-in customers are welcome to take a punt on availability of play slots, however, we would advise calling in and pre-booking to avoid disappointment. Please save our phone number in your contacts.
Staff at The Bubble Café are briefed on all safety measures in keeping our softplay and café areas clean and hygienic to minimise potential contamination. We are working very hard to follow all the guidelines issued by the UK Government and UK Medical Officers accordingly. To prevent the transmission of Covid-19, we are ensuring that high touch point areas receive high levels of cleanliness. We shall be utilising a special anti-viral fogging machine which is proven to be the most effective way to disinfect large areas such as softplays, as this ensures that the disinfectant penetrates hard to clean areas including cracks and soft furnishing.
